We are recruiting for additional Sales Order & Customer Service Advisors to join our rapidly growing team in Boldmere, Sutton Coldfield at newly refurbished offices.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to work within a fast-paced office environment. The ability to complete tasks to high standards and to specified deadlines is essential.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision whilst delivering excellent customer service. It is essential you are capable of absorbing information quickly with strong attention to detail skills.
You will never falter on striving for exceptional quality and standards and understand the importance of your role in relation to providing customer delight.
The role involves processing sales orders, chasing deposits and balances, planning and organising product delivery and collection. You will work closely with Sales, Production and Logistics to ensure customer satisfaction is guaranteed.

The job is 37.5 hours a week, Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm.
