Problem: No water detected


Scale build up, debris coating the lens of the optical sensor, air lock or fault with the optical sensor


  • Ensure water level is correct.
    Refer to the ‘How to fill your RotoSpa’ videos below For further details on fill levels for your spa.
  • Open all jets
  • Remove filter
  • Push the pump button on several times to try and clear any debris/air lock.
