Er-3 Water Prime

Problem: Water prime has failed.


Airlock in pipework, water level too low, dirty filter cartridge.


  • Ensure water level is correct – Refer to manual for further information on required fill levels
  • Ensure waterfall is open to allow for any trapped air to escape
  • Remove filter cartridge
  • Ensure jets are all in the open position
  • If you have just filled the spa, you may have a stubborn airlock in the pump. Remove filter and all associated parts. Insert Hosepipe as far into filter housing as it will go and turn the hose on full power for a minute or two.
  • Press ‘Pump A’ button to retry water prime.
