The warranty includes parts and onsite labour necessary for repair in the first 12 months. Year two’s warranty covers parts only; engineers’ travel and onsite labour are chargeable. This warranty is subject to the completion of an annual service by an authorised RotoSpa engineer. Any spa that does not have an annual service within 30 days on either side of each anniversary of purchase will no longer be supported by the manufacturer’s warranty. All parts must be purchased from RotoSpa and installed by Rotospa or one of its authorised panel of engineers. Failing which, all spa warranties, including shell warranty, will be void. The warranty is given only to its initial purchaser at the address of installation and terminates on its transfer or ownership unless authorised by RotoSpa. Any movement of the spa from its original position will no longer be supported by the Manufacturer’s warranty unless carried out by an authorised RotoSpa engineer. The warranty does not include engineers’ mileage or labour costs if no fault is detected. Furthermore, this warranty does not include costs incurred by a non-authorised engineer. Customers must gain written consent from RotoSpa Limited before instructing any non-authorised engineer. In all cases RotoSpa Limited has the sole responsibility for determining the cause and nature of a fault. RotoSpa Limited’s determination is final. A full refund shall be processed within 48 hours if a warranty fault is confirmed by an authorised RotoSpa Limited engineer. The customer will be solely responsible for the cost of any parts, travel and the engineer’s onsite labour charge should the fault not be determined as a warrantied failure.
