RotoSpa make a splash at awards evening!

Last week (30th January), we attended the British Pool & Hot Tub Awards, hosted by British and Irish Spa and Hot Tub Association (BISHTA) and the Swimming Pool and Allied Trades Association (SPATA). We had a fantastic night, mixing with other wet leisure suppliers and seeing how they industry is continuously changing. These well-established awards are the UK’s number 1 wet leisure industry awards!

We had entered three categories for the night; Hot Tubs in a Holiday Setting, Hot Tub Happiness and Hot Tubs Change Lives.

The first award was called out and the presenter read ‘…and Gold award goes to…RotoSpa’. Our Technical Director, Sales Manager and Marketing Coordinator headed to the stage to collect the award. We are so happy to have won Gold in this category in particular, as it just shows how our hard work and innovative thoughts do pay off. We work closely with our customers to ensure that we deliver exceptional customer service, whilst also delivering our expertise and knowledge, which we aim to pass on to all of our customers.

The second award was announced and we won Silver in the Hot Tub Happiness award. With the help of one of our RS dealers we were able to express the joy that one of our RS bring throughout the year. Our customers explained that a RS is “an invaluable way to unwind at the end of a busy day and relieve tired muscles”.

The third award we entered was then announced and we won a Merit in the Hot Tubs Change Lives award. Again, with the help of one of our RS dealers, we were so happy to have been recognised for this award. Our work with the local community is very important to us and this award helps us to express this.

We couldn’t thank our customers enough & we are so very happy to have won these awards. Onward and upwards & lets see what 2018 brings us.
