This lovely romantic retreat is nestled in a spectacular rural position directly on the world famous Hadrian’s Wall. Relax and enjoy the magnificent views, discover wonderful walking and cycling routes from the property, including stepping out of your front door onto the Hadrian’s Wall footpath, located only a short drive from the historic market town of Brampton and within easy reach of the city of Carlisle, with its excellent leisure and shopping facilities.
Visit Talkin Tarn Country Park, for water sports such as canoeing and open water swimming. Wonder at the grandeur of Lanercost Priory only a 5 minute drive away. Explore Gelt Woods, an ancient woodland with the River Gelt running through. Nearby are the Roman ruins at Housesteads, Birdoswald and Vindolanda. Close to the stunning Northern Lakes, Eden Valley and the rugged Scottish Borders.
