Er-3 Water Prime
Problem: Water prime has failed.
Cause:
Airlock in pipework, water level too low, dirty filter cartridge.
Solution:
- Ensure water level is correct – Refer to manual for further information on required fill levels
- Ensure waterfall is open to allow for any trapped air to escape
- Remove filter cartridge
- Ensure jets are all in the open position
- If you have just filled the spa, you may have a stubborn airlock in the pump. Remove filter and all associated parts. Insert Hosepipe as far into filter housing as it will go and turn the hose on full power for a minute or two.
- Press ‘Pump A’ button to retry water prime.
