Can I try before I buy?

Yes, we offer various ways of trying out a RotoSpa before committing to a purchase. Speak to one of our reps to find out how.

What is the lead time on your spas?

Lead times vary depending on the model and colour choice. Please contact your local RotoSpa dealer here to find out when your spa can be with you.

What is the fill time and drain time for one of your spas?

The fill time can vary depending on the water pressure in your area. We expect it to take between 1 and 2 hours to fill depending on your chosen model. Drain times are around 45 minutes.

What electrical supply do I need for my spa?

Although RotoSpa’s are considered 13 amp plug and play the range are supplied with a 16amp male C-form plug attached to a 3m length cable. Speak to your RotoSpa rep about your options and further information on the electrical supply.

How do I fill my spa?

All you need is a hose pipe and an indoor or outdoor tap to fill your spa.

What is the heat up time for the spa?

This depends on whether you fill your tub with hot or cold water and the ambient temperature outside. If hot filling, your tub will be ready straight away, otherwise It can take up to 12 hours to reach the desired temperature during the winter months.

What warranty do I get with my RotoSpa?

Your RotoSpa will come with a Lifetime Shell Warranty and 2 years on the parts. (12 months travel and labour included from day of delivery)

What happens if anything goes wrong?

Where are they made?

RotoSpa is the Only UK manufacturer of spa pools and are based in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham

What if I move and want to move the spa to another location?

Due to the unique design of our RotoSpas, they are highly portable. The material that the spa is made out of means that the spas are lightweight compared to acrylic spas, and the shape means that they are easily manoeuvred to different areas.

Where can I locate the spa?

Ideally a professionally laid patio or decking is suitable. A concrete base is also suitable but not necessary with a RotoSpa due to the range being so light weight. It is not advised the spa be sat directly onto grass or soil.
