Just writing to let you know how pleased we are with our Hot Tub to the Granary, The addition of the Hot tub is definitely having an impact on our enquiries and subsequent bookings. The hot tub is proving as stated easy to maintain, the separate control unit allows us to be fully in control of the settings without guests altering the settings.
We want to see how this fairs over the winter months but are currently considering adding one to the Coach House also. The Salt water option is definitely right for our setting.

Myself and Sarah would like to personally thank each and every one of you for your support and service in our first year of trading. It has been a fantastic roller-coaster ride with a lot to learn and a mountain to climb and without you guys behind us this start to a fantastic business would not be possible. The team at RotoSpa and Sutton Spas is an absolute dream and are so helpful and cannot speak highly enough of you all.

I had long had the idea of starting a hot tub hire company and came across RotoSpa in my research. After an informal chat with a Director of the company, Jason Smith, I arranged to visit the Birmingham factory and it quickly became evident that this was the right company to partner with. The RotoSpa product lends itself perfectly to tub rentals as it is robust, relatively lightweight, easy to use, and manoeuvrable and will fit into far more spaces than the other options I was looking at. It was an easy decision to go for the RotoSpa product but what impressed me even more was the way in which RotoSpa wanted to help me to build my business by sharing best practice, tips, troubleshooting, technical stuff and marketing advice.

In two years I have now been able to give up my other job and have built up a successful hire company with more than 10 tubs out regularly, RotoSpa have also helped me move into retail where I can earn commission on sales which gives a great additional income. I also find the recently introduced finance and leasing options to be a great option for helping grow my business. I would strongly recommend RotoSpa to anyone who rents out hot tubs or is thinking of starting.

I have been hiring out inflatable hot tubs for three years and wanted to upgrade to a better product. I came across RotoSpa with an Internet search and after some research I called Jason and arranged to spend a day at the factory where they are made. The information and help from Jason was excellent so I decided to purchase 3 Orbis hot tubs and the response from Christmas and new year was fantastic! I approached RotoSpa back in April 2016. As a hire company we needed to look at providing our customers a luxury solid hot tub that was going to make us different from our competition. When I visited the factory, I was met by Jason Smith, Sales Director. I explained our objectives and what we required. Jason spent most of the day offering me some fantastic, invaluable advice about the industry. He explained to me the Rotospa products, giving me all the assurances I needed.

Our first lot of hot tubs arrived and the feedback we received from our customers was simply amazing! Following on from our initial purchases we have grown our stock considerably. When we first started our lodge business we purchased American spa’s via a distributor in the UK, we quickly discovered that this was fine until you had a service problem or needed a spare part to get a spa up and running for the next customer. We looked for a UK based manufacturer of spas and having met Jason and Karl previously I felt that RotoSpa may well suit our needs.

We now operate 15 Rotospa units across our business chosen for the fact that they are manufactured in the UK and secondly that the construction of the spas allows the onsite team to quickly change any of the major component parts ensuring that the spas are always available to our lodge customers.

On the odd occasion we have had a technical problem a quick phone call to any of the RotoSpa team produces the solution and any parts required are normally dispatched from stock the same day minimising down time.

RotoSpa have a wide range of unit sizes to meet most circumstances at what I have always found to be very competitive prices linked to good availability of parts, and of course they are manufactured in the UK.

After careful consideration and research we decided to purchase a hot tub – we had an ideal location for it – a secure walled patio with access into the cottage annex. Guests would have privacy and could enjoy star gazing at night!

We purchased the DuraSpa S380 in light grey, as we wanted a hot tub which was attractive, durable and easy to use for our guests. Also we wanted to buy from a local firm that we felt would offer good service if we needed any advice or had any problems.

In year 3, the first year that we were able to advertise the addition of the hot tub, our bookings increased by almost 50 per cent, and year 4 – by 80 per cent.

We have fitted numerous RotoSpa units across our parks. We have seen a significant improvement in bookings and tariff for those units.
